About the Job
At Babylon, we're at the forefront of developing innovative web services and API backends to boost adoption, alongside creating engaging, content-rich websites. In our quest to enhance our technological offerings, we're seeking a versatile Senior Full-Stack Engineer. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of leading our development efforts across both the front-end and back-end landscapes, adapting to project needs as they evolve.
Your main responsibilities include:
Collaborate and collect requirements across teams to develop high-performance API systems that bring the power of the Babylon blockchain to our users.
Build intuitive, mobile friendly and user-centric front-end components, ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
Work closely with the infrastructure team on the deployment and operational management of back-end services, while remaining agile to assist with front-end development tasks as needed.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, demonstrating flexibility and a keen ability to shift between back-end and front-end development based on project requirements.

As a seasoned back-end engineer with a flair for full-stack development, you are driven by a passion for blockchain technology, aiming for impactful contributions. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Go for back-end development, and proficiency in Typescript and React for front-end tasks.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing micro-services within the AWS ecosystem, incorporating a wide array of open-source tools such as RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Grafana, and Kibana.
Practical experience with or a strong willingness to dive into blockchain technologies, preferably Cosmos SDK.
A good understanding of CI/CD practices and tools.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and effective collaboration across global teams.
Preferable: Practical experience with Bitcoin scripts and Bitcoin TypeScript libraries.
