On Thursday, 15 May, Babylon Labs took to X to cohost a space with Neutron to discuss how Neutron is looking to bring DeFi to the Bitcoin ecosystem.Â
On Tuesday, 20 May, Babylon Labs and Portal discussed their integration enabling non-custodial BTC trading and staking without wrapped tokens to unlock new use cases for Bitcoin in BTCFi.
X Space with Anchorage Digital
On Thursday, 22 May, Babylon Labs and Anchorage Digital discussed becoming an institutional custodian integrated with the Babylon bitcoin staking protocol.
🤝 Momentum Across the Ecosystem: Integrations & Updates
We’ve been keeping the conversation going across the ecosystem - from staking to a new DEX and partner spotlights. Here’s where you may have heard from the team this last two weeks:
- Babylon Labs and Native are driving the Development of Secure Institutional BTC Staking
- Fordefi now supports Bitcoin staking on Babylon Genesis
- Portal to Bitcoin has now integrated with Babylon Genesis to unlock bridgeless BTC swaps
- Cradle, an independent DEX, is building on Babylon Genesis
- Fiamma is integrating with Babylon Genesis to enable a trust-minimized BTC bridge using BitVM2 and zero-knowledge proofs.

The momentum doesn’t stop here. Next week, Babylon Labs heads to Las Vegas for Bitcoin 2025, where co-founder David Tse will take the stage at the world’s largest Bitcoin conference.
